It’s shocking how little innovation the world of early childhood has seen in the past 50 years.

As I was becoming a dad, I knew something had to change. After all, the first few years of our lives are when we’re the most curious, open to new possibilities and in need of stimulation... Oh! But not on a screen. Screen time is fun, in limited quantities, but it has its own downsides. It’s therefore clear that we need alternatives.
So what if we took the best that screens and tech have to offer, and combined it with a familiar format, accessible to young people, and with endless types of content, games and interactive experiences?

Well that’s exactly what we’re doing at Tokidos. Having started with a personal need, it turned into a screen-free gaming platform where kids between 3 and 8 can enjoy interactive stories, educational games and social games.
