My 5 year old was enthralled with this game from the moment he installed the card. What a fun way to engage kids in math play!

I'm overall pleased with tokidos like 8.5/10. I will purchase other games
here's are my honest feedback :

setting up the games
super clear and easy, took me 10 min to do it
packaging was super nice
the instruction manual looked cheap, like someone just print it on bureau en gros, maybe put it black and white + multiple language with a different kind of paper to match what's available in the market

the overall console
its really stimulating for a toddler , the lights are too bright and the sound too loud, so it would help to be able to adjust it especially for a night time routine where we are trying to reduce the stimulation, also I can't imagine what's its doing to neurodiverse kids., so being able to reduce the sound and lights

games
sometime the instruction wasn't clear for a 3 yold, he didn't get that he has to put the 2 block beside each other
games are fun, he liked the songs and the : hey you did go, he felt empowered
also liked the fact that they just say : bad answer or something like that and not boohoo you are a f* loser.
so maybe just make it clearer, also don't like the fact that the age gap is too large : 3-5 y old. make games for each year, they grow so fast, their cognitive abilities are just not the same.

you need to put it other languages, like Spanish, arabic. we are a mixed family, also business wise, it would open a larger market.

also in the same line of diversity, the 100-300 cad price didn't affect my purchasing decision, I could buy this 500 cad if I had 10-15 games, but some family on the lower socio-economic side can't buy a 100 cad gif to their kids and its a shame that they can't so make it 50 cad. and each games like 20 cad, or figure out a way, like. a program so the family on the lower $ side can get it, for example, It can be a : if you purchase 2-3 games, we give 4-6 games/tokidos to a fam in need. Your customers could help you. but for kids, for loved ones, people can literally pay 500cad even1000 cad for this.

overall satisfied and will get more games. wondering if there is a way to make my tokidos less loud for my nephew.

As one of the first customers of PlayCubes, I had the chance to try Discover Animal Sounds. This game is fun and educational, making it a wonderful tool for early learning. The goal is simple but engaging: players hear an animal's name and then have to shake cubes to find the correct animal on one of the cubes. Also, the game would tell kids some facts about the animals which is very helpful in learning more about animals

My daughter loves it! I guess as long as they feel it's playful they're willing to learn some math.

This game really surprised me. I expected it to be quite straightforward and that my daughter would lose interest after a few minutes - I was wrong. She played for 20 minutes straight, laughing and smiling from ear to ear the entire time. The magic in this game is in it's sheer simplicity. It's just so effective - plus every now and then you're rewarded with little facts about the different animals. I have never seen anything like it, and as an ex-gamer-dad, confidently name this an Instant Classic!

Something I really enjoyed about this game is that it's a direct response to the other 'screen-free' toys out there. Every other 'screen-free' solution I've come across is essentially a glorified bluetooth speaker, and the experience is simply passive. The child engages with it to begin listening to a story, but that's it. It's just a speaker with a story. In the case of Goldilocks, the story begins, but right away the kids are prompted to respond by engaging with the game and characters in all sorts of different ways. From knocking on doors, to solving puzzles. This was a truly remarkable thing to witness during our beta testing experience.

Great idea to teach math using recipes! We are among the first to try the Playcubes, and Peter Rabbit is a hit with my son; he keeps asking for it and even requested that we make some of the recipes from the game at home!

The game offers multiple modes, keeping things fresh and fun. The adorable animations of moles and carrots, along with the vibrant colors on each cube, are perfect for kids. The background music is catchy without being distracting, which helps make the gameplay even more enjoyable.
