Important Message for U.S. Customers

I hope you are all doing well! We deeply appreciate your continued support and interest in Tokido's PlayCubes.
As you may know, changes in tariff policies have created challenges in our supply chain and led to higher costs. While many companies have responded by raising prices, we’ve chosen not to pass these additional costs on to our customers.
Instead, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend shipments of PlayCubes to the United States until there’s more clarity on long-term trade policies.
The good news: This change does not affect the supply of PlayCards or Subscriptions — Both will continue to be available at current pricing.
What this means for you:
- If you currently own PlayCubes: We're temporarily pausing the shipping of PlayCards as well for only a few days while we make some operational adjustments. After that, all PlayCards (including those currently available and upcoming) will once again be available for purchase as usual.
- If you've placed your order but haven’t received it yet: Don’t worry! Your order is on the way. We are continuing to fulfill all existing orders, and you can expect to receive an email with your tracking number very soon.
- Customers with subscription plan: Your subscription deliveries will continue as scheduled, with no interruptions or price changes.
- Technical support: Full technical support remains available to all existing customers. If you experience any issues with your PlayCubes, feel free to reach out to us at hello@tokidos.com or via live chat.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding. We’re committed to resuming PlayCube sales in the U.S. as soon as the situation allows.
