What offers do you have available?
We have two available offers at the moment: The Starter Bundles and the Subscription Plans. Both have options for 2 different age groups: 3 to 5 year olds, and 5 to 8 year olds.
Additionally, we encourage you to explore our PlayCards! You can find the PlayCards in English here and in French here. We release 2 to 3 new PlayCards per month.
How to choose PlayCubes for my kids?
For kids aged 3 to 5, we warmly recommend Starter Bundle or Subscription Plan for Early Learners! It helps kids develop foundational skills in math (number sense 1-10, shapes), cognitive skills (memory, problem-solving), language and literacy (listening, vocabulary), arts and music (primary colors, instruments), and general knowledge (science, emotions)
For kids aged 5 to 8, we highly recommend Starter Bundle or Subscription Plan for School Ready! It supports the development of foundational skills in math (counting, addition), cognitive skills (logical thinking), language and literacy (phonics, sentence formation), arts and music (creative expression), and general knowledge (science, emotional intelligence).
How many languages are available for the PlayCards? Is it possible to switch between different languages?
Currently we have Playcards in English and Playcards in French, but we expect to offer more languages in the near future. Stay tuned!
Each PlayCard contains one language. To play the same game in English and French, you’ll need to have the French and English PlayCard. You will be able to find all the PlayCards in English here and all the PlayCards in French here.
We designed the experience this way to minimize confusion. Since most children will primarily play in one language, we believe it would create unnecessary friction if they had to select the game’s language each time they wanted to play.
What can I expect regarding the quality of the PlayCubes?
Tokidos PlayCubes are designed to be robust and withstand rough play. We collaborate with highly qualified factories that prioritize quality and have extensive experience in creating durable children's products.
What is the Subcription Plan?
Our Subscription Plan allows you to prepay for a year of deliveries. You'll receive a Starter Bundle (which includes PlayCubes and 3 PlayCards) upfront, followed by 2 new PlayCards delivered every 2 months, totaling 13 PlayCards for the year.
What does the second year of the subscription include?
The second-year subscription includes 12 PlayCards over the period of one year, with 2 PlayCards delivered every 2 months!
What are the benefits of the Subscription Plan?
Typically, each PlayCard is priced at $14.99 USD. However, with our Subscription Plan, you can enjoy each PlayCard for under $9 USD!
Not only do you benefit financially, but you’re also creating a delightful, recurring experience for your children that lasts throughout the year—it's like a birthday surprise every 2 months!
What is the delivery process for the Subscription Plan?
With the Subscription Plan, you’ll receive the Starter Bundle upfront. After that, we’ll send you new PlayCards every two months, along with a notification before each delivery. Please note that the delivery timing for the PlayCards will depend on your order date.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Currently, we can deliver to Canada and the USA, but we expect to expand to more locations in 2025. Stay tuned! If there are specific places where you’d like the PlayCubes to be delivered, please reach out to us at hello@tokidos.com.
How can I tell if the price I checked is in USD or CAD?
The type of the currency depends on the type of the region you might choose. You will be able to see the choice of your region on the right of the menu bar (on the bottom of the menu bar if you're browsing using mobile devices.) It will show the region you're currently in, it's either United States | USD$ or Canada | CAD$ .
You should also be able to see the currency type next to each price we have on our website, it should either show CAD or USD
Where is the warehouse located?
Our warehouse is located in Windsor Ontario and we ship to all of North America form that location.
What is the return or exchange policy?
- The PlayCubes include a 100-day happiness guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or encounter any technical issues, you can return the entire product within 100 days of receipt for a full refund.
- The guarantee applies to the full purchase, so all items must be returned together.
- Partial returns (e.g., individual games) are not accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Please be aware that single PlayCards are non-refundable unless they are found to have a technical issue. If you encounter any problems with the functionality of the PlayCards, please reach out to us for assistance at hello@tokidos.com.
