Returns & Exchanges

The Return Policy

Please note that from Nov. 17 to Dec. 3, 2025, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  • We offer a 90-day return policy starting from the date of receipt.
  • Customers will not be able to return the PlayCards only, regardless of whether they are opened or not.

Defective Items:
To return a defective item for a refund, please email us at hello@tokidos.com.

Non-Defective Items:
We will be able to generate a return QR code for USA orders through.

Stamp.com or for Canadian orders via Canada Post. Please email hello@tokidos.com to request the return QR code and specify the reason for the return.

Please note that a return fee of 15 CAD/USD will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, if you have placed other orders containing only PlayCards, we kindly ask that you include all PlayCards in the return box to receive a full refund for them. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for PlayCards alone.

Once the return QR code has been generated, we kindly request that you return the items within 30 days. Please be aware that we will not be able to generate a new return QR code if the previous one has expired.

Replacement and exchange

  • Please be aware that PlayCards are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
  • 1-year warranty starting from the date of receipt of your original order.
  • When returning the defective cubes, please write the word 'Defective' on the outside of the shipping box.

For the replacement of defective PlayCubes, please send details of the issue along with a video demonstrating the problem to hello@tokidos.com. Please note that troubleshooting steps will be required before we can issue a replacement. If you prefer not to attempt the troubleshooting steps, we will not be able to proceed with the replacement.

Step 1: We will create a new order and send you the new PlayCubes.

Step 2: We will provide a prepaid return QR code for returning the defective set of PlayCubes. We highly recommend returning the defective set once you've received the new PlayCubes and confirmed that everything works well.

Step 3: Please use the prepaid return QR code provided by us. Kindly write "defective" on the outside of the box.

For Canadian orders, the return code will be sent via Canada Post. For American orders, the return QR code will be sent through Stamp.com.

Please return the defective cubes within 20 days of receiving the new set.

Duplicated cards or PlayCards in the wrong language

If you receive duplicate PlayCards or PlayCards in the wrong language, please note that PlayCards are not eligible for returns.

To help resolve this, we can offer to resend the correct-language PlayCards at a discounted rate of $3.99 per PlayCard, plus shipping.

Please note that replacements must be the same PlayCards in a different language version as those from the original order.
