Shipping Timeline

Order processing:

We ship orders the same business day or the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information.

Orders with PlayCubes or tracked PlayCards-only orders:

For orders containing PlayCubes, as well as PlayCards-only orders with tracked shipping, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days after shipment, depending on your region.

For example, if you live in Montreal or Toronto, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days, including picking and packing time.

The estimated delivery date (ETA) is based on the tracking information provided by the carrier.

PlayCards-only orders shipped via mail service:

If you select mail service at checkout, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery to your mailbox.

Please note that mail service does not include tracking.

Shipping Issues & Support

No movement for over 10 days:
If your package has been stuck at the same status for more than 10 days with no movement, please contact us immediately at hello@tokidos.com. We’ll make sure your package reaches you properly.

Marked as delivered but not received:
If the carrier shows the package as delivered with valid proof of delivery (such as a photo or signature), we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for the loss.

For all other situations, please reach out to us so we can assist you.

Returned or failed delivery:
If a package is returned to us or fails to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, please contact us. Please note that in this case, additional shipping fees may apply for the replacement shipment.
