I can’t log into the app. What can I do?

Try deleting the app and installing it again. If the problem continues, contact support and we’ll help you.

Why are my games or updates not downloading?

If downloads or updates don’t complete, check these basics first:

• Make sure your PlayCubes are connected to Wi-Fi

• Keep them plugged into the CarryBox

• Use a 2A adapter or higher

• Stay close to your router for a stable connection

You can also try restarting your router and downloading again.

If the issue continues, try connecting your PlayCubes to a personal hotspot and repeat the download.

How do I turn off my PlayCubes?

There is no off switch. Your PlayCubes go to sleep automatically after a few minutes of inactivity.

You can also long-press the back button when there is no PlayCard inserted.

Can I change the volume of my PlayCubes?

Yes. Use the plus and minus buttons under the MouthCube.

The plus button increases the volume and the minus button lowers it. The volume setting applies to all PlayCubes.

How do I delete a game I downloaded?

Open the Tokidos app, go to the PlayRoom, select your PlayCube, choose the game, and tap “Uninstall Game.” Follow the on-screen instructions to remove it.

How do I know if my PlayCubes are updated?

Open the app and go to the PlayRoom. Select your PlayCube and check the version shown in the corner. If an update is available, you’ll see the option to install it.

My game is glitchy. What should I do?

Glitches are often caused by an outdated version. Check if an update is available in the app.

If everything is already updated, try deleting the game and downloading it again.
